Are you still motivating people, or are you already inspiring? In a world that is constantly changing, we need to rethink leadership. It's about putting people at the center, making leadership more human, and at the same time focusing on the mindset and heartset of the leader. It's about:

  • Inspiring instead of motivating
  • Authenticity as a modern leader: Showing and fostering vulnerability and empathy
  • Theory U: Open Mind, Open Heart, and Open Will as key factors for satisfaction and success in leadership roles and team collaboration
  • The best leaders are "true human beings": We also turn our gaze inwards (How authentic am I with myself? How do I handle my mistakes? To what extent can I show emotional openness?)
  • Creating the future with our best possible potential: We want to move away from planning and overthinking, towards letting things happen and opening space

Mindset & Heartset is not just a leadership topic.

We can also hold a workshop with your entire team to promote approaches like Open Mind, Open Heart, and Open Will. I am increasingly basing my team workshops on these ideas, as well as on the concepts of "letting go" and "letting come." Just reach out to me!


The Game Has Changed!

We used to think that strong leadership meant not showing any weaknesses. Today, we know that vulnerability and a healthy failure culture foster trust and team spirit.

In the past, we believed work and life should be clearly separated, but nowadays, they tend to blend together. In other words:

We need to align our personal and professional goals, both as leaders and with our team members.

In my experience, teams sometimes lack commitment and personal responsibility. This makes it more important than ever to emotionally engage the team—creating an exciting and inspiring team future that everyone can help shape and create.

 

The goals of the leadership training:

After the training: 

  • You will have new perspectives and ideas on strategy, planning, and shaping the future
  • You will be able to choose and act on a new approach to team leadership through our uncertain future
  • You will have tools and methods to encourage your team toward an Open Mind, Open Heart, and Open Will
  • You will be familiar with MIT Senior Lecturer Otto Scharmer’s Theory U as a modern approach to change management and how to integrate it into your daily work
  • You will have identified and let go of old beliefs and thought patterns that are no longer beneficial to you as a leader or to your team
  • You will create a new era for your team, with proactive future design and the best potential you can tap into
  • Format: virtually and in person workshops
  • Languages: English and German (with my partners also in Spanish possible)
  • Time: by individual arrangement (from 2h short impulses to more-module workshop series)
  • Recommendation: 2-day kick-off in person, followed by two half-day virtual sessions, each in a six week distance
